Advice for the next generation of players?:  Make every training count! It's easy to slack off from time-to-time, but make it a priority to give 110% everytime you get in the water. Train hard, be determined, dedicated and resilient and it will all pay off in the future. Also... DON'T EVER GIVE UP. It's not a singular team selection or specific moment that defines you as a player, it's everything behind the scenes that contributes to who you are so keep pushing no matter what.

New Zealand Senior Debut?:  Fourth quarter against Canada at the 2018 World League in Auckland, New Zealand

Career Highlight:  Winning the Big West Championship Final. The score was tied 5-5 at half time when I went in. We went on to win 7-6. Winning the game qualified our Hawaii team for the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2015.

Playing against Russia at Youth World Champs in Serbia 2018. It was our first game of the competition and we were up the whole game (until losing at the end by a small margin) and it made me believe we could compete with anyone.

Advice for the next generation of players?Don't just love to play, love to train. The older you get, the more trainings there are compared to games. If you enjoy training hard then it makes it so much easier and better.
